At H & A Honda & Acura Repair (MufflerProHA), we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any issues. In most cases, we will re-perform the service or make necessary corrections at no additional charge.
Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically provided. We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work and attempt to resolve the issue before a refund request will be considered.
Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. During this period, if you experience issues related to our work, we will repair or re-perform the service at no charge. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by component.
Warranty coverage and potential refunds do not apply to:
If a deposit or pre-payment is required for your service, it will be applied to your final invoice. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless we are unable to perform the agreed-upon service.
If you cancel your appointment after work has begun or parts have been ordered, the deposit may be retained to cover costs incurred.
To request a refund:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may be partial or full depending on the circumstances.
Once parts are installed on your vehicle, they generally cannot be returned. If we must order special parts for your vehicle and you cancel the service, you may be responsible for the cost of those parts if they cannot be returned to the supplier.
Diagnostic inspection fees are non-refundable as they represent time and expertise provided by our technicians, regardless of whether you proceed with recommended repairs.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before seeking external dispute resolution. We are committed to finding fair solutions and maintaining positive customer relationships.
If you believe we have not adequately addressed your concerns, you may file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or pursue other appropriate legal remedies.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your service will govern any refund requests.
