Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of H & A Honda & Acura Repair ("MufflerProHA," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

MufflerProHA provides automotive exhaust system repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to muffler replacement, catalytic converter service, exhaust pipe repair, system inspections, oxygen sensor replacement, and custom exhaust fabrication.

All services are subject to parts availability and our technicians' assessment of your vehicle's condition and repair feasibility.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred appointment time, but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in our refusal to schedule future appointments.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide estimates for repair services based on our initial assessment. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will contact you for approval before performing any additional work that significantly increases the estimated cost.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. A convenience fee may apply to credit card transactions.

Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full. If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels and/or place a mechanic's lien on the vehicle.

Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by component. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications made after our service.

To make a warranty claim, you must present your original invoice and the vehicle must be available for inspection by our technicians.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MufflerProHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by deferred maintenance, or issues unrelated to the services we performed.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your vehicle and its condition
  • Disclosing any known issues or previous repairs
  • Maintaining your vehicle according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Picking up your vehicle within 3 days of service completion
  • Removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before service

We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles not picked up within 10 days of completion may be subject to storage fees.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on our website.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MufflerProHA or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
